- About NEESSC 2026 -

2026 IEEE 6th New Energy and Energy Storage System Control Summit Forum (NEESSC 2026) will be held from 14 to 16 August 2026 in Hohhot, China. NEESSC 2026 is sponsored by Inner Mongolia University of Technology and IEEE Beijing Section, organized by College of Electric Power, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, Co-organized by College of Energy Storage Science and Engineering, North China University of Technology, School of New Energy and Power Engineering, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, International Energy School, Jinan University, IEEE PES Intelligent Grid & Emerging Technologies Satellite Committee - China. 

The NEESSC 2026 aims to provide a platform for practicing engineers, academicians, and researchers engaged in  New Energy and Energy Storage engineering related research to share their scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, and to promote the industrialization cooperation of academic results.

This forum is now soliciting papers from teachers, students, and researchers from universities, research institutes, and enterprises at domestic and abroad to promote the combination of industry, academia, and research among regional universities, research institutes, and enterprises to promote the long-term development of research results related to the control of new energy and energy storage systems in the fields of automation, intelligence and networking, and other fields.

NEESSC 2026 has been approved by IEEE and being online on IEEE conference search.

Conference Publication

Papers must be original and unpublished, and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere concurrently. Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers after registration and presentation will be published in  IEEE and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex and Scopus.

To further enrich the meeting format and promote in-depth exchanges in professional fields, NEESSC2026 will establish a special session. Experts and scholars/research teams who are interested are welcome to submit their application for the special session to neessc@163.com. When applying, detailed proposals for the special session are required, including the theme, research content, and participants.
